A highly experienced HVAC and MEP engineer, Shaun has successfully delivered complex projects in the UK across commercial, residential, retail, education, and infrastructure sectors — alongside major international developments including large-scale shopping centres, residential communities, hospitality, and specialist infrastructure.

Shaun is well regarded for his ability to design efficient, practical, and innovative mechanical systems. He combines strong technical leadership with a hands-on approach and attention to detail, ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standard. His proven track record includes leading multi-disciplinary project teams, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and providing engineering solutions that meet both performance and budget expectations.

At PJA Technical Consult, Shaun enhances the team’s mechanical and HVAC design capabilities, supporting clients with detailed design engineering, testing and commissioning, MEP budgeting, and project management services.

Gary Finch is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with extensive knowledge and experience in the consultancy sector. Throughout his distinguished career, Gary has worked with numerous leading consultancies, delivering exceptional results across all sectors of the industry.

His comprehensive expertise spans a wide range of mechanical engineering disciplines, from complex HVAC systems to cutting-edge sustainable building solutions.  Amanda recently joined PJA Technical Consult as a Technical Designer, bringing with her extensive experience in building services design and CAD production across a wide range of sectors.

Amanda has worked with leading organisations including Hoare Lea, Aecom, Jacobs, Crown House Technologies, Network Rail, and Bouygues, delivering high-profile projects across commercial, healthcare, education, transport, security, and process sectors. Amanda’s work includes detailed MEP drawings, electrical services layouts, security systems schematics, and multi-discipline design coordination.

Known for her precision, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Amanda plays a key role in supporting the PJA Technical Consult team with the production of clear, coordinated, and technically accurate design outputs. She is highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with additional expertise in specialist design and documentation tools.

At PJA Technical Consult, Amanda contributes to the delivery of high-quality MEP design packages, ensuring that project information is well presented and fully coordinated to support successful project delivery.

 Paula Grant serves as our Accounts Manager, bringing exceptional organizational skills and financial expertise to the team. In her role, Paula oversees all aspects of financial management, acting as our Financial Controller and ensuring the smooth handling of payments, wages, and overall financial operations.

Beyond finance, Paula plays a critical role in managing our company’s insurances and accreditations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding our operations. She is also instrumental in overseeing HR functions, supporting our team, and maintaining a productive and collaborative workplace environment.
