PAUL ANGELL - FOUNDER/DIRECTOR

Paul is the Founder and Director of PJA Technical Consult, bringing over 18 years of experience in the building services industry. A highly motivated and results-oriented technical consultant, with a deep understanding of building services.

Following the completion of a building services apprenticeship and earning a BSc (Hons) degree in Engineering Design, Paul has built a distinguished career working with some of the UK's leading building services companies.

He has worked on providing design and consultancy services for multi-million-pound projects to prestigious clients, including the BBC, CBRE, TSK Group, Overbury, Balfour Beatty, WeWork, The Hut Group, Polestar, Eon, Amex, and the Royal Air Force.

In March 2022, Paul established PJA Technical Consult and continues to support clients with MEP design strategy development and professional services throughout the UK

Tony Eastwood - Principle Electrical Engineer

Tony Eastwood joined our team in 2023 and has been instrumental in developing the electrical design and consultancy division. With a wealth of experience gained from working with numerous consultancy practices throughout his career, Tony has specialized in lighting and lighting control consultancy. He has designed advanced lighting systems for high-profile clients such as the BBC and prestigious buildings across the UK.

Tony brings exceptional knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, including BREEAM Excellent buildings and smart building solutions. His expertise ensures our projects stay at the forefront of innovation and sustainability.

Gary Finch CEng - Mechnaical Chartered Engineer

Gary Finch is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with extensive knowledge and experience in the consultancy sector. Throughout his distinguished career, Gary has worked with numerous leading consultancies, delivering exceptional results across all sectors of the industry.

His comprehensive expertise spans a wide range of mechanical engineering disciplines, from complex HVAC systems to cutting-edge sustainable building solutions. Gary’s dedication to innovation and excellence ensures that every project benefits from his strategic insights and meticulous attention to detail.

As a key member of our team, Gary plays a pivotal role in driving our mechanical consultancy services to the highest standards, providing our clients with solutions that are efficient, sustainable, and tailored to their specific needs.

Paula Grant Accounts Manager

Paula Grant serves as our Accounts Manager, bringing exceptional organizational skills and financial expertise to the team. In her role, Paula oversees all aspects of financial management, acting as our Financial Controller and ensuring the smooth handling of payments, wages, and overall financial operations.

Beyond finance, Paula plays a critical role in managing our company’s insurances and accreditations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding our operations. She is also instrumental in overseeing HR functions, supporting our team, and maintaining a productive and collaborative workplace environment.
